Weeks two and three: setting up
We get secure access to your accounts, connect what needs connecting, and look hard at what's already there. If your books need cleaning up first, this is where we find out how much and tell you straight. Most people are up and running inside a couple of weeks.
Every month after: the books get done
Your bookkeeper categorizes, reconciles, and sends reports you can actually read. If something looks unusual in your accounts, you hear about it that month rather than at year end. You have one person to email, and they already know your business.
Every quarter: we go through it together
This is the part most clients say they didn't expect to value. We sit down and walk through what the numbers say, in plain language, until you can see what's working and what isn't. No jargon, no assumed knowledge.
Whenever you want: you leave
Month to month, no minimum, 30 days notice. Your books live in QuickBooks Online, so they're yours to take. We'd rather earn the next month than lock you into it.
